David Wilkins is the Senior Vice President of Hilcorp Alaska. Prior to joining Hilcorp Mr. Wilkins was employed by Marathon Oil Company in numerous engineering, operations and management positions, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Wilkins also worked for Dowell-Schlumberger in several cementing and fracture stimulation positions. Mr. Wilkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from West Virginia University.
